Terms of Service

Last updated 1 August 2026. These terms apply to every SkyOps workspace.

1. Agreement

These terms govern access to the SkyOps aviation operations platform. By registering a workspace or signing in, the operator and each of its users accept these terms.

2. Operator responsibility

SkyOps is a record-keeping and coordination tool. The operator remains solely responsible for regulatory compliance, flight safety, crew duty limits and the accuracy of the data entered into the platform.

3. Accounts and access

Workspace administrators control who may access their workspace and which role each person holds. Accounts are personal and must not be shared. Sign-in credentials must be kept confidential.

4. Data ownership

All operational data entered into a workspace remains the property of the operator. SkyOps processes that data solely to provide the service and retains audit records as required for aviation traceability.

5. Availability

SkyOps aims for continuous availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Offline mode allows crews to continue working with cached flight information during connectivity loss.

6. Termination

An operator may close its workspace at any time. On closure, operational records are retained for the statutory retention period and then permanently deleted.
